JCwear business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central time, Monday thru Friday, except Wednesday, when we close at 3:00 p.m.

Orders can be placed 24 hours, 7 days a week via the internet. Orders will only be processed and packaged for delivery during our regular business hours. All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Central time will be shipped UPS (unless otherwise specified) the same day with the condition that the order is credit approved and items are in stock. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you promptly and ship the item within 30 days or less.

Returns or Exchanges

Our primary concern is your complete satisfaction. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 60 days in a new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price. Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order. Sorry, postage and handling fees are not refundable.
